She has him leans slowly into her arms, and says, "Try to paddle as before, but now as you lean to either side take a breath, as needed... between strokes. I've got you so so you don't have to worry about direction or anything yet."

He does as instructed but stops after a while. "I believe it is time to stop. I am beginning to wrinkle."
