She comes over and starts to fix his fingers without thinking about it, and closes his fingers. "You want to scoop the water." she says, putting it in and swishing the water. "Keep your hands resisting until you are here." she says moving his arm back, "...then it should be thin to have very little until it's at the top again."

The bolian has yet to feel the emotions, but she might just assume they are part of her own, what with how fast she goes through emotions. She goes to the other side and corrects that arm too. "And you rock between the two. When we remove the kickboard, eventually, you will rock you body to the side to get air.... cusyouguystotallyneedtoalot... when you pull your arm here...."

If he had heard her say that, he would say that he is not a water fowl and is perhaps more closely related to a cat than a duck, but indeed he was too busy paddling.

She lets him flop around a bit, until he at least seems confident enough that if he fell off, he would retain enough thought just to stand up in the shallows, then dives into the water and swims around him just under and around in like a shadow in the water. After a couple times, she pops up and giggles, "Tell me when you think you are ready!" She perks.

He nods and after a while, his confidence builds. "I believe I am ready." He says, after she pops up at some point. He is actually having... fun!

Zixx reaches over and removes the floaties. And then the kick board, and just sort of pushes them out to sea for now. She goes to his side and puts her arms out. "Okay, lay face forward, we are going to try breathing techniques!"
