T'Sai had just walked into the workout room and into the barrage of swears, most of which she understood. She walked over to a pad next to the weights, sitting down to stretch and eyeing the creature. Aha, the new ensign.

The girl looks to be just in a form fitting tank and pants. She looks to be pushing herself extra hard on the push up bar like her life depended on it. The bar has two gravity weights on either end, programmed to be it's own 'spotter' by computers, becoming light if it seems to be pressing into flesh too much. The woman below has little in the way of height or chest, but a lot in the muscle department. At first glance, she seems a tiny thing... but the number on the machine seems... ridiculous.
Perhaps it's broken.

She pauses wrapping her hands, double checking. T'Sai knew their planet had high gravity but... "Be sure to not stress oneself," she speaks out, "I'd rather not have you lose consciousness your first day aboard." She continues what she was doing.

T'Sai actually surprises her quite a bit, the hair her head and neck stands up as she jumps a little. "Hey! Oh. Eh! #$@%! Uh. Ma'am." She turns the bar off with a flick of her wrist. She stands up and salutes, looking nervous. You are pretty sure that's a curse in some language in the middle there.

The Vulcan nodded before holding up a hand, ignoring the swear. "At ease, Ensign." She noticed her fangs, they were considerably more noticeable in person. "Though I would appreciate knowing what title you prefer, Raahaka or Haarah?"

"Uh. Oh. Huh." she looks surprised by the fact she is asking. "Haarah. Raahaka is my tribe, ma'am. Though, jus'... " she mutters the next bit. "...been called ... ya know, Pipsqueak... er... by the team, yeah." She chews a bit on her lip with one of those long teeth and wipes a hand though her frizzy hair.

"Pip... squeak?" Last T'Sai checked, they didn't do that. She put her hands on her knee, outstretching a leg. "Haarah then. I apologize if the inquiry sounds unusual, I am unfamiliar with the customs of your people."

Eyes scanned her from ear tip to toe, unsure of what to make of her annunciation. T'Sai shrugged internally, figuring she understood Haarah well enough and she would grow better with practice. "What are your specializations, if you have any?" She grabbed her foot, relaxing her body.

Dronus had listened to the sounds, and recognizing T'Sai's heartbeat, fell quickly to ease. He continued watching the monitors.
"Unfortunately, no, Zoe. It is the Commander T'Sai and our newest security member... Nothing that exciting happens on this ship unless it involves mental trauma." He muttered the last part, sitting back in his chair. He usually never slouched, but they were not as strict at the imperial guard, and it wasn't like anything was really happening.
"... And I approve of the nickname," He added, glancing to her. As long as it was something like 'caterpillar' because of his antennae, he didn't care.

Zoe flashed Dronus a smile, humming. "My enii--my Daddy.. Enii is how my people say daddy. Anyway, my enii was in security. Now he is Gossip Master. Me? I'm gonna be a pilot when I grow up."

"Um. S'alri', ma'am." ...she isn't one to brag, but she could likely toss someone as light as T'Sai though a wall. She just gives her a half-grin of sharp teeth. "I got good marks at the academy."
