The Captain stands slowly with T'Sai's help, checks herself over to see it's been well treated in her absence. "It seems I'm altogether." The Captain coughs, then speaks up louder the to room. "I have returned to my body."

"Well at least we know it can be done." Lamb said, "What exactly happened there exactly?"

Al sure as hell was listening to what he could do to not be Jekcor anymore.

Awww... but don't you want to be a sexy snake woman, Al? Hah. The Captain stands and wonders how she can ... explain this. "I think... by understanding, they mean you have to have something in common feeling with the body you are in." she tries not to be specific on HER feelings.
She then presses her com. "Captain to Commander Oramov."

T'Sai let her commander go, backing away and moving back to Eric when Flynn went on about her business. "The captain has returned to her body. She says, by understanding we must experience a common feeling with the body you are occupying." She looks at him sympathetically, "Zeke may give you some trouble then."

Gregori Oramov was tinkering in the lab, with the delicate electronics of a prototype scanner. He was working on the circuits one wrong move and it would be ruined- "Captain to Commander Oramov." The captain's voice suddenly cut into the silence of the lab. Oramov jumped at the voice and slipped, "Damn." he muttered he looked at the scanner in his hand. The circuits were torn up by the probe when he jumped. It was beyond repair. 'There goes six weeks of work' he thought. Oramov frowned, exhaled and threw the device into a wastebin. He dropped the probe and tapped his badge. "Oramov here. How can I help you captain?"

"The relic is giving us a go." she replies calmly. "You'll not guess, but many of us have switched bodies. If you'd like to come down and give us an examination, I thought it would be relevant to your expertise." She seems to walk and talk, and have a bounce in her step. She is very happy to be in her own body again. VERY HAPPY.

Al tried to find a way to relate to Jekcor but really... he felt he had nothing in common with the Cardassian. He ran his hand over his skin and thought about what it must be like to be a snake.

Oramov paused mid breath, all annoyance disappearing, "Are you joking?.....Really?....Interesting.....I'll get my gear and be right down with you. You haven't moved from the temple I trust." Oramov was hurredly picking up a bag and was stuffing scanners, spectrometers, tools inside it. "How many people effected? How big an area? And do we know the source of it? Is it the eye? It's the eye isn't it? It fits the profile." Oramov was almost out of his lab when he stopped and picked up a few more scanners, a stasis enducer and a phaiser, because he would rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it. He was out of his office and walking at a brisk pace towards the transporter room.

"Well, considering I know nearly nothing about Zeke, other than his medical history, I can see that being a problem," Toppler sighed. "Maybe if you get back into your body first? Or is that how this works?" Toppler ran his fingers through his too short hair.

"I tried to keep them together." replies the Captain. "All in the temple that I can tell. And yes, the eye. " replies the Captain through her com.
As he makes his way there, Oramov is then accosted by a furry woman, R'Mash, panting. "Oh, goodness. Help..."

Lamb shrugged, he was thinking, "How exactly was he meant to relate to Al. He was still in contact with his children, he was still married, he was in a different department. The only thing they had in common that he could think of was that they both fought in battles. He knew what it was to be a soldier. To fight, to kill when needed. He knew the mayhem and what it was to see friends die next to you. He knew what it could do to a person, physically and emotionally. From an outside perspective and from personal experience. He didn't know McAdie very well. He didn't know what this relic expected him to do about that. He needed to work, he had his duty as Cheif medical officer to try to get these people better. As much as he was partially enjoying being young again he still saw McAdie as his patient and he could not in any conscience let him get stuck in the body of a cardassian. That at least that they had in common.

"I thought so. I am getting there as soon as i can. Try to keep people together until I arrive if you can captain." Oramov stopped, "Lieutenant R'Mash? How can I help you. I am about to go down to the planet a situation has happened." Oramov was confused as to why a security Lieutenant would stop him when he looked like he was in a hurry.

The Vulcan ambassador was quietly contemplating his own childhood, appreciating all his parents had done for him, meditating on it really...

Lamb paused for a second. He needed some medical staff that weren't jumbled up. He could work well enough in his current body but he realised that his muscle memory was a little off. He knew what to do but this body was not used to it. Lamb tapped the comm badge. "Lamb to McHailegh?" his new accent shining through bold as brass and twice as obvious.
